Work with us to build a better place to live!

My policy on recycling

If it can be recycled, it will be.  Let's face it, we have to want to be good stewards to the earth.  I built my barn with recycled telephone poles and the trees that used to stand where the barn is currently located.  I sell my honey in glass so that the container can be recycled.  Let's do our best to move forward with deliberate, conscious, environmentally kind thoughts.

Complete raw honey production

I am involved at every point in the process in honey production.  I ensure that the honey is free of organic matter by putting it through a sieve and that it's never heated.  The excess wax is skimmed off the top and the honey goes directly into a jar.  We are proud members of the North Carolina State Beekeepers Association and the Certified Honey Producers Program.  Honey is not regulated nationally, so we self regulate.  Our stamp ensures it.  If you suspect otherwise, feel free to contact the CHPP.
